Ethics, Integrity and Governance
Patricia Moreira specializes in the strategic leadership of global social impact institutions, with a special focus on the governance and integrity dimensions of organizational culture and change.
For the last 18 years she has led well-known organizations in the civil society sector, such as Transparency International, where she managed a successful turnaround operation. Prior to it, she was the Executive Director of Action Aid (Ayuda en Acción), where she fostered a strategic and organizational transformation process.
She has held numerous relevant positions, such as Board member of the United Nations Global Compact and the International Civil Society Organization (ICSC). She was also the Vice Chair of the Spanish Association of Foundations and acted as Senior Advisor to several social innovation and impact institutions and funds.
Combined with her original experience as a management consultant in the private sector, Patricia Moreira has developed an integrated vision and understanding of private, public and civil society sectors, always aiming at generating and fostering social value and impact.
Patricia Moreira has a BA in Economics, Magna Cum Laude, from the University of California, Los Angeles, and an MBA from INSEAD, Fontainebleau, France.
